Sarah Conrad comes from the small town of State College, Pennsylvania, home of the Penn State Nittany Lions. After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Pennsylvania State University, Sarah spent five years at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as a Registered Nurse in Pediatric Critical and Neonatal Intensive Care units. Sarah became a Nurse Practitioner after obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Sarah is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board in Primary Care. Sarah and her husband Jason, decided to make Charleston their home in October 2013, when she joined the Coastal Pediatric Associates team. Sarah enjoys travel, Pure Barre, and raising her two children in the beautiful Lowcountry.
