Sara Hrivnak, D.O. Family Medicine, *NOT LISTED in Mount Pleasant, SC

Dr. Hrivnak is an Obesity Medicine and Family Medicine physician dedicated to helping patients improve their health through individualized, evidence-based care. She attended medical school at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, South Carolina. After concluding her residency in Family Medicine at East Tennessee State University in Kingsport, Tennessee, she completed fellowship training in Obesity Medicine at Wake Forest University School of Medicine in North Carolina. She has practiced in primary care and specialized weight management clinics, developing a broad understanding of the medical, behavioral, and social factors that influence weight and metabolic health. Dr. Hrivnak is board-certified in Family Medicine and board-eligible in Obesity Medicine. Her clinical interests include nutrition, exercise, comprehensive weight management, and metabolic health. She also serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and enjoys teaching medical students and residents about her specialty. Through collaborative counseling and personalized treatment plans, she works with patients to establish meaningful goals and support sustainable improvements in health and quality of life.
