Rebecca Smith Kelley, D.O. Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery

Rebecca Kelley, DO, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon at MUSC Health Florence Medical Center, providing comprehensive plastic surgery care to patients throughout Florence and the Pee Dee region. Dr. Kelley has particular expertise and interests in breast reconstruction and augmentation, body contouring, and aesthetic surgery of the breast, body and face. She takes an individualized approach to care, working closely with each patient to understand their goals and develop a surgical plan that fits their needs. Dr. Kelley completed extensive surgical training at Cleveland Clinic, including training in both general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery. During her training, she participated in more than 1,500 operative cases spanning reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. She is board eligible with the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Her clinical research has focused on breast cancer reconstruction and facial aesthetics, reflecting her interest in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Kelley is excited to bring comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgery services to MUSC Florence and to expand access to specialized care for patients in the Pee Dee region. She and her husband, along with their three children, are excited to call Florence home and be part of the community.
