Matthew Siegel, M.D. Internal Medicine
Dr. Siegel is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). He earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency training at Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon, Georgia. Prior to joining MUSC, Dr. Siegel spent several years as an inpatient hospitalist with Intermountain Health in Utah, gaining extensive experience in managing complex adult conditions. Dr. Siegel's primary clinical focus is preventive care, helping patients proactively manage their health and manage chronic conditions before they progress. He firmly believes in shared decision-making, partnering with patients to create personalized care plans that optimize their long-term health outcomes and quality of life. Outside of medicine, Dr. Siegel lives in Bluffton, SC, with his wife and two sons.
