Marian Colleen Bair, PA-C, LPTA

Colleen Bair, PA-C, is a physician assistant with a strong background in patient-centered care and over seven years of prior experience as a licensed physical therapist assistant. She is passionate about helping patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their care, and she brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every visit. Colleen earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from the Medical University of South Carolina. During her clinical training, she gained experience across a wide range of specialties, including internal medicine, emergency medicine, women's health, pediatrics, surgery, and psychiatry. This diverse training allows her to care for patients with a broad variety of medical needs and to collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Before becoming a physician assistant, Colleen worked in a level II hospital setting as a physical therapist assistant, where she cared for patients in areas such as ICU, progressive care, trauma, cardiac, neurological, orthopedic, and post-surgical recovery. Her background in rehabilitation gives her a unique perspective on mobility, recovery, and long-term wellness. Outside of work, Marian enjoys staying active and values the importance of balance, movement, and mental well-being in everyday life.
