Lucien Megna, M.D., FAAFP Primary Care, Family Medicine in Lancaster, SC

Dr. Lucien Megna comes from Grants Pass, Oregon. He has been practicing as a board-certified family physician for 25+ years providing care from pediatrics to geriatrics. Given his broad experience, which also includes surgery and sports medicine, he aims to provide a comprehensive, patient centric, holistic approach to the health needs of the community. He is currently the Family Medicine Residency Program Director for MUSC Lancaster. Dr. Megna has been known to be clinically active in several specialty societies including serving on the Board of Directors for Washington Academy of Family Physicians, serving on the Board of Directors for Washington State Medical Association, serving as a delegate from Washington State to AMA, and more recently as President for ORCA (Oregon Residency Consortium Alliance). He is also an active member of the Society of Teachers in Family Medicine and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Megna enjoys being engaged in the community through various avenues such as providing coverage for multiple sports teams concentrating on professional junior hockey, professional summer league baseball, wrestling, football and boxing. He participates in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, water skiing, kite boarding, golf, and cycling. Interests also include nutrition and exercise as a major component to health maintenance. Dr. Megna grew up on East Coast and is happy to be back!
