Dr. Leopoldo V. Rodriguez is a distinguished anesthesiologist specializing in ambulatory anesthesia with a career spanning clinical excellence, leadership, academia, and research. Born in Caracas, Venezuela, he was inspired by a family background rooted in engineering and psychology. From an early age, he demonstrated academic excellence, ultimately earning his medical degree from the Universidad Central de Venezuela, Dr. Luis Razetti School of Medicine, in 1993.

Dr. Rodriguez pursued his Anesthesiology residency at Vanderbilt University (1996-2000), where he served as Chief Resident. Since then, he has built a remarkable career, holding key leadership roles in prestigious organizations and contributing extensively to the advancement of ambulatory anesthesiology.
