Dr. Frank Coulter is a family physician dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients. With decades of experience in family medicine, he has been a trusted provider in the Orangeburg community since 1984. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Iowa. He then pursued a residency in Family Practice at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois.
