Charlotte Archuletta, M.D. Family Medicine, Primary Care in Florence, SC

Dr. Charlotte Archuleta is a dedicated family physician with a strong background in women's health, obstetrics, and comprehensive family care. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She then completed a Master of Science in Physiology at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Her medical training continued at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ, where she earned her Doctor of Medicine degree. Because of her strong interest in women's health, she pursued rural obstetric experience during her medical school training and, more recently, a fellowship in surgical obstetrics, with additional training in cesarean sections and family planning. She has also volunteered in various clinics for underserved populations , including the Payson Christian Clinic in Payson, Arizona, and the Wesley Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. These experiences shaped her desire to provide comprehensive family-based care and pursue a rural residency training program. After completing her residency at McLeod Health in Clarendon County, she pursued a fellowship in surgical obstetrics at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood, Kentucky before joining MUSC Health. As an FM-OB provider, she is proficient in caring for all ages, including newborn care, pediatrics and young adults, adult comprehensive care, chronic disease management, as well as prenatal care, obstetrics, including vaginal deliveries and uncomplicated surgical obstetrics. Dr. Charlotte Archuleta is a dedicated and compassionate provider with extensive training in both family medicine and obstetrics.
