Britton W. McGrane, M.D. Internal Medicine, Primary Care in Charleston, SC

Dr. Britton McGrane is a board-certified internal medicine doctor practicing at MUSC in Charleston. He was born in Clearwater, Florida, but raised abroad in France and is fluent in French. He returned to Florida to complete his undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of South Florida, ultimately earning his medical degree from USF Morsani College of Medicine. He then moved to Charleston to complete his Internal Medicine residency, where he was awarded the Intern of the Year and Doctor's Doctor awards. He briefly returned to Florida, spending a year in private practice, before rejoining MUSC as faculty in General Internal Medicine.
