MUSC Health Primary Care - St. George provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care and occupational health services for individuals and families across Dorchester County. Opening March 2, 2026, this brand-new practice reflects MUSC Health's commitment to expanding access to high-quality care close to where people live and work. Our care team focuses on helping you stay well through preventive care, screenings, immunizations, and personalized wellness planning, while also diagnosing and managing both acute illnesses and chronic conditions. As part of the MUSC Health network, patients benefit from coordinated care and access to specialists, advanced treatments, and digital tools like MyChart for easy scheduling, communication, and health record access. Located at 100 Sears Street, the new 6,336-square-foot healthcare facility was created through a partnership with Dorchester County to bring essential health services directly to the St. George community. The space includes seven primary care exam rooms, occupational health services, and co-located behavioral health support through the Dorchester County Department of Mental Health-supporting whole-person care in one convenient location. Led by primary care provider Tracy Reeves, PA-C, MSNS, the practice is designed to deliver convenient, connected care that helps patients manage everyday health needs while supporting long-term health and wellness.
