Nicholas Matthew Lytle, M.D.,  MBA Rheumatology
Dr. Lytle graduated with his bachelor's degree in chemistry from Vanderbilt University in Nashville and earned his master's degree in healthcare management at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania. He then graduated with his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia and completed an internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee - Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, serving as chief resident. He then completed a rheumatology fellowship at Oklahoma University in Oklahoma City, gaining extensive experience in caring for rheumatic disease emergencies and complicated rheumatic diseases, as well as the diagnosis and management of all rheumatic and inflammatory diseases. From 2021-2026 he worked as a practicing rheumatologist, serving as medical director for his last two years at Lexington Medical Center.
