Dr. Morales was awarded the Pan-American Latin American Scholarship/PAAO Fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at UT Southwestern/Children's Hospital in Dallas, a prestigious award given to only one doctor from Latin America.
Dr. Morales graduated with distinction from medical school at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in Mexico and completed her ophthalmology residency at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Her dedication to advancing pediatric ophthalmology is evident in her extensive research, which has been published in high-impact journals. She has also contributed as a speaker in meetings and has co-authored several book chapters.
