Michaela graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine with a Master of Nurse Anesthesia (MNA) in 2022 and is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). She is a current member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology (AANA). Her career began at Prisma Health Heart Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, as a Coronary Care Unit (CCU) Registered Nurse. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of South Carolina in 2016. Her goal is always to provide compassionate care to patients. In her free time, Michaela loves to travel, cheering on the Gamecocks, and spending time with her family and friends.
