Lindsey E. Crofford, FNP-BC Primary Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics in Chester, SC

Lindsey Crofford, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care for patients of all ages. Her passion for serving rural and underserved communities began while earning degrees in Nursing, Spanish and International Health, where she worked with Clemson Rural Health to help plan and implement mobile health clinics.





After joining MUSC Health, Lindsey cared for patients as a medical-surgical nurse specializing in neurology and neurosurgery. She also served in shared governance initiatives focused on strengthening collaboration between nurses and leadership to enhance patient outcomes and the care experience.





Driven by a passion for prevention and whole-person wellness, Lindsey earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration. She has special interests in diabetes management, hypertension, mental health, women's health and chronic disease management.





Lindsey believes in building meaningful relationships with her patients and partnering with them to achieve their health goals. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, individualized care that supports lifelong health and wellness for individuals and families across every stage of life.
