Kennedy Vorwaller, MSN, APRN, ACNPC-AG, is an Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certified through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Utah in 2019. As a Registered Nurse she spent most of her career working in the University of Utah Burn Trauma Intensive Care Unit. During the pandemic she expanded her knowledge base in all Intensive Care Units within the University of Utah to support other services.

In 2023, Kennedy obtained a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University while completing clinical rotations at Vanderbilt's Level 1 Trauma ICU and at TriStar Centennial with the Intensive Care Consortium providers caring for patients admitted to the Medical-surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neuro ICU, and Coronary ICU. Throughout her graduate schooling she continued providing care as a Registered Nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Burn Intensive Care Unit.

Kennedy relocated from Nashville, Tennessee to Charleston, South Carolina in 2024 where she is working as a Nurse Practitioner for MUSC Physicians within the Department of Anesthesia-Division of Critical Care in the Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit. Her clinical interest includes managing various types of shock, pulmonary medicine, complex multi-organ failure, and palliative care for individuals with severe illnesses. She enjoys participating in quality improvement projects, emergent and non-emergent bedside procedures, and precepting new staff.
