Dr. Justin Fox is a family medicine physician who is grateful for the opportunity to serve. He earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, where he played football, received his Doctor of Osteopathic medicine degree from VCOM Carolinas in Spartanburg, and completed his Family Medicine residency at Lexington Health in Columbia. Dr. Fox believes medicine works best as a partnership built on empathy, honesty, and mutual respect. He strives to help patients feel seen and supported while focusing on whole-person care. His clinical interests include sports medicine, obesity/lifestyle medicine, pediatrics, and emotional wellness. As a washed up, former college football player and parent of two young children, Dr. Fox brings a relatable, judgment-free approach to caring for individuals and families. Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Fox enjoys a good karaoke night, steep hikes, and working in his small urban winery. Dr. Fox looks forward to genuine relationships, supporting his patients through every stage of life and helping them move toward greater freedom in their health.
