Justin Engelbert, PA-C Neurosurgery

I am originally from New York and graduated PA school in 2012. During my career I have worked as a physician assistant in orthopedic spine surgery at the Mount Sinai Hospital Spine Center in the pre and post-op setting. After relocating back to Long Island I worked at Schweiger Dermatology treating patients with both acute and chronic skin conditions. In 2021 I joined Sony Brook University Hospital preforming pre-op assessments for the department of anesthesia. Following my position at Stony Brook, I worked for Northwell's Peconic Bay Medical Group in the department of orthopedics. I then worked at NYU Langone helping care for orthopedic patients with both acute and chronic conditions covering all aspects of the musculoskeletal system. Currently I am working in the department of neurosurgery here at MUSC.
