Hannah Sellers, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner (NP) with more than ten years of clinical experience in emergency and primary care. Born and raised in Florence, SC, Hannah began her career as an Emergency Room (ER) nurse, where she gained extensive experience in acute care and critical decision-making. After earning her master's degree, she continued her career in emergency medicine, practicing as an NP in the ER before transitioning into primary care. Hannah now brings this strong foundation in acute care to her role in primary care, where she is passionate about educating patients to better understand their health, manage chronic conditions, and embrace preventive care strategies. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers patients to play an active role in their wellbeing.
