Farheen Malek, BDS, MDS, MSD, CDT, FACP, Diplomate, American Board of Prosthodontics, is an American Board-Certified Prosthodontist dedicated to providing exceptional, evidence-based, patient-centered care. She specializes in comprehensive prosthodontic treatment, including dental implants, full-mouth rehabilitation, esthetic dentistry, implant-supported fixed and removable prostheses, crowns and bridges, veneers, and complete and partial dentures. Her clinical approach integrates advanced digital technologies with personalized treatment planning to restore oral health, function, esthetics, and quality of life.

Dr. Malek earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Prosthodontics from Gujarat University, India, and completed advanced specialty training and a Master of Science in Prosthodontics (MSD) at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, New Orleans, USA. Before joining the faculty at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), she served in the faculty at the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.

In addition to providing comprehensive patient care, Dr. Malek is actively involved in teaching dental students and residents while advancing the field through clinical research and scholarship, with interests in digital dentistry, implant prosthodontics, and evidence-based treatment planning.
