David Dwight Goltra, M.D.

Dr. David Goltra is a Neuroradiologist specializing in advanced spine and orthopedic interventional procedures. He brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to the department, having completed residency training in both Emergency Medicine and Neuroradiology. Dr. Goltra leverages this dual background to provide expert diagnostic and interventional care, with a particular focus on image-guided therapies for complex orthopedic and spine conditions. In addition to his clinical work in radiology, he is an active member of the Mount Pleasant community, serving on the boards of the International African American Museum and the Charleston Interreligious Council.
