Dr. Cameron J. Gill is a skilled general surgeon who earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston, SC. He completed his surgical residency at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) in Johnson City, Tennessee, in a program focused on training well-rounded, community-based general surgeons.

Dr. Gill is proficient in all areas of general surgery, including endocrine surgery (thyroid and parathyroid disease), breast surgery, hernia repair, gastrointestinal surgery, upper and lower endoscopy, vascular surgery, benign and malignant skin pathology, anti-reflux procedures, hepatobiliary surgery, and emergent general surgery.

He has a special interest in minimally invasive techniques, including both robotic and laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Gill's goal is to bring advanced, comprehensive surgical care to the community, addressing access-to-care challenges faced by rural and underserved populations. Raised in Camden, SC, he is dedicated to returning to his hometown to serve and improve the health of its residents.
