Alyssa Justice, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), committed to delivering high-quality healthcare that addresses the whole person-not just symptoms or diagnoses. Alyssa earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University, graduating summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA. She was awarded the highly competitive federal scholarship administered by HRSA through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, recognizing exceptional academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to serving medically underserved communities. She graduated cum laude from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Her background in psychology and inpatient psychiatric nursing provides insight into human behavior, emotional well-being, and the interconnected nature of mental and physical health, addressing the complex interplay between physical, emotional, and mental well-being. She further advanced her studies earning an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating magna cum laude before later advancing her studies at Duke University. Alyssa brings a diverse clinical background spanning critical care, medical-surgical, cardiology, endocrinology, nephrology, inpatient psychiatric care, obstetrics, gynecology, and primary care, enabling whole-person care across complex conditions. Outside of clinical practice, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and two sons, Oliver and Noah. Family is central to her life.
